“This place was recommended to me by a friend who trains in there along with his kids. I couldn't have been more lucky. All teachers are great and always careful not to hurt you. All drills are carefully explained and possible bad scenarios where you can get hurt are always pointed out so you can watch out for them. This is also valid for all experienced practitioners as well. You can always ask questions if don't understand the drill. Ego is always left at the entrance. Everybody is there to train and get better, the atmosphere is fun and easy going. I always leave this place with a smile and sense of satisfaction from a great training session. As a parent, I always enjoy watching the kids training session which is just before the one for the adults. Looks like a great fun and it always ends with a game called "Zombies" which the kids love. Highly recommended!”

“I decided to check out GFTeam based on the insistence of a friend who frequents the practices there. I was looking for a place where the BJJ instruction is done in both Bulgarian and English, the groups aren't massive and the coaches do more than just collect a paycheck. Here they build up the kids' character, hold space for plenty of structured and unstructured play, yet teach technique beautifully. Bonus points for the coaches and majority of the kids and adults being bilingual. The atmosphere is welcoming and no one is made to feel like they don't belong in the gym.”
